Erica Lundin

Erica Lundin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erica started their career as a Sales Associate at Cocoanuts in 2015 before moving on to become a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Boston Harbor Mini Speed Boats later that year. In 2016, they worked as a Retail Associate/Barista at Peet's Coffee, where they gained experience in customer service and communication skills. Erica then joined The Oceanaire Seafood Room as a Hostess and Cramer as a Video Production Intern in 2016 and 2017, respectively. In 2017, Erica also worked as a Server at Unos Chicago Bar & Grill.

Erica's career took a new direction in 2018 when they joined TapClicks as an Implementation Associate. Over the years, they held various roles at TapClicks, including Senior Implementation Associate and Implementation Lead, gaining expertise in project management and implementation processes. In 2022, Erica moved to Wistia as an Onboarding Specialist and then returned to TapClicks in 2023 as an Associate Product Manager. Erica'swork experience showcases their adaptability and ability to take on different responsibilities in various positions.

Erica Lundin attended Chelmsford High School from 2009 to 2013. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at Suffolk University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Media and Film. Erica studied at Suffolk University from 2013 to 2017.
