Rothpanhar Ross

Rothpanhar Ross has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2008, they served as the President of Youth Services at the American Red Cross, where they organized community service events and recruited youth volunteers. In 2010, they worked as the Finance Director for the Berkeley Cambodian Student Association, managing the organization's budget. Rothpanhar also served as the Program Coordinator for the Southeast Asian Student Coalition, supervising and organizing a summer program for high school students.

In 2011, Rothpanhar became a Research Assistant at Dahl Cognitive Research, facilitating research sessions and managing administrative tasks. Rothpanhar also took on the role of Internal Vice President at Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity, leading committees and balancing the organization's budget.

In 2012, Rothpanhar worked as a Men's Wearhouse Marketing Brand Ambassador, implementing marketing strategies and promoting sales for the brand among students. Rothpanhar then joined UCSF as an HIV Epidemiology Data Extractor/Analyst, collecting global HIV data for a cost-effectiveness modeling tool.

From 2013 to 2015, Rothpanhar worked at Google as a Helpouts Policy&Quality Enforcement Specialist/Customer Support, ensuring the quality and integrity of the online marketplace for expert help. Rothpanhar then joined Levi Strauss & Co. as a Reporting Analyst via Randstad, building a store database and managing excel and business objects reports.

In 2016, Rothpanhar joined TapClicks as a Solutions Associate, and subsequently held roles as a Customer Success Manager and Director of Customer Success. Rothpanhar currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience Operations at TapClicks.

Rothpanhar Ross has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Global Poverty and Practice, also from the University of California, Berkeley.
