Vishal Mamadgi

Vishal Mamadgi has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Vishal is currently working as the Global Information Technology Manager at TapClicks since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Services Lead at Observe.AI from November 2020 to January 2022, where they managed IT support and implemented various technologies for the employees. Vishal also has experience working at Facebook as an Information Technology Analyst from September 2019 to November 2020, handling helpdesk responsibilities and providing IT support. Before that, they worked as a Staff Analyst 3 at Salesforce from February 2019 to June 2019, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop systems. Vishal's previous roles also include working as a Process Associate at Genpact from September 2017 to February 2019, providing technical support for Google, Windows, and Mac devices, and as a Sr. Technical Engineer at Tech Mahindra from January 2017 to August 2017, supporting technical issues related to PSTN, ADSL, and mobile communication. Vishal started their career as a Service Support Representative at Unisys India from August 2014 to October 2016, where they provided support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues for Unilever employees across different regions.

Vishal Mamadgi completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification from Certification Partner Global in July 2022, Google Professional Collaboration Engineer from The Knowledge Academy in May 2022, Certified Information Technology Manager (CITM) from Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM) in April 2022, ISO 20000 Foundation - IT Service Certification from Independent Global Certification in May 2018, and ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in May 2018.
