Josh Cogswell

Josh Cogswell has a long and varied work experience. Josh is currently the Head of Product and Co-Founder at Tape, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Orbit City Ventures from 2017 to 2021 and an Advisory Board Member at Jebbit from 2017 to 2020. Josh was also the VP of Product and Senior Product Lead at eko from 2020 to 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Global Head of Experiences and President of Digital at VICE Media. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Chief Product Officer at Tribune Media and an Investor at ATTN: from 2016 to 2017. Josh was also a Member of the Board of Directors at Dose Media from 2015 to 2017. Theirprevious experience includes roles at Viacom from 1999 to 2015 and NBC Universal from 1998 to 1999.

Josh Cogswell obtained their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 2006, with a focus in Entertainment/Media/Technology and International Business. In 2011, they obtained an Advanced Management in Media & Entertainment certification from IESE Business School. In 2014, they attended Stanford University's Design Thinking Program at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design. Josh also holds a BA in Music and Business from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained in 1997. Additionally, they are a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
