Karen Rice

Karen Rice, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in diverse leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of HR at Tapestry Solutions since July 2023, Karen previously held the position of Interim Head of HR - US at AMP and has been the VP of HR at companies such as Bet.Works and Slickdeals, where significant HR departments were established. Notably, Karen was an Official Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council and served as SVP of Talent Operations at Virgin Hyperloop One. Additional roles include VP of HR Operations & Recruiting at Pinnacle Entertainment, senior HR roles at Amazon, and key HR leadership positions at Pacer International and Pacer Transportation Solutions. Karen holds a BS in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Franklin University.
