Karen Brown

Karen Brown is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in benefits and HR service management. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits for North America at Tapestry since June 2015, Karen previously held the position of Senior Manager of Benefits within the same company and was a Senior Manager at Coach, where responsibilities included managing HR service center operations and ensuring team alignment with organizational goals. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager, HR Specialist, providing HR support to retail stores, and a position as HRIS Assistant at BBDO New York. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from CUNY York College.
