Lewis Papaleo

Lewis Papaleo is an experienced IT and project management professional with a robust background in network support and system upgrades. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Collaborative Services at Tapestry since December 2018, and as a Project Manager at Coach since February 2014, Papaleo is involved in critical system upgrades to ensure compliance with current OS and database software. Prior experience at Loehmann's from 2007 to 2018 included various roles such as Senior Manager of Network Support and Technical Support Analyst, overseeing Help Desk operations and managing desktop and mobile infrastructure. Earlier experience includes a Help Desk Analyst position at United Continental Corp. Papaleo holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, along with additional education from Technical Career Institutes and SUNY Empire State College.
