Mordy Eisenberg

Mordy Eisenberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mordy co-founded TapestryHealth in December 2017 and served as the Chief Growth & Product Officer. Prior to that, they were the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of TapestryHealth from November 2017 to April 2021. Mordy Eisenberg also worked as the President of AMS Charitable Fund starting in February 2011. Mordy was a Principal at Blue Crystal Healthcare Consultants from January 2017 to April 2021. At Centers Health Care, Mordy Eisenberg held various roles, including Chief of Strategy and Value Based Care from September 2014 to June 2017, Director of Centers Health Care IPA from March 2016 to May 2017, and Director of Clinical Operations from December 2012 to June 2016. Mordy briefly served as the Executive Director of FountainView at College Road in Monsey, New York in 2012. Prior to that, Mordy Eisenberg was the COO of Absolute Medical Equipment from June 2007 to June 2012. Mordy also served as the President/CEO of GSM Cellular from January 2002 to May 2007. Mordy Eisenberg began their career as a Trader/Market Maker & Compliance Officer at Mueller & Company from April 2001 to March 2003. Mordy started their professional journey as an Associate Administrator at Crystal Lake Rehabilitation & Healthcare in June 1998 and later served in the same role at Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation & Nursing from May 1997 to June 1998.

Mordy Eisenberg completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at TA of NJ from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) from NJ DoH in April 1997. Mordy also holds various certifications including EMT-P from NY State DoH, MICU Paramedic from NJ Dept of Health, NRP from National Registry of Paramedics, Series 24 - General Securities Principal from NASD, Series 55 Licensed Equity Trader from NASD, Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law from NASD, and Series 7 General Securities Representative from SEC. Moreover, they are a member of the National Rifle Association.
