Milimo Banji

Milimo Banji has a diverse work experience starting with founding TapIn, a company that helps employers recruit diverse talent through social media. Prior to that, Milimo worked in various roles at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Willis Towers Watson, J.P. Morgan, BP, Google, Morgan Stanley, and Barclays. These roles included consulting programmes, internships, and insight programmes, providing Milimo with a range of experiences in various industries such as finance, consulting, and technology. Milimo also founded DroneIn, a company focused on advancing drone technology and connecting consumers to drone operators worldwide. Milimo Banji completed their education from 2007 to 2012 at St. Mary's Church of England High, although no degree or field of study was specified. Milimo then pursued A-levels from 2012 to 2014 at St. Dominic's Sixth Form College. Finally, from 2014 to 2018, they attended The University of Manchester, where they earned an MEng in Aerospace Engineering.
