Chae Yong (Tara) Shin is a Senior Onboarding Specialist at TapMango since February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing customer onboarding, ensuring product adoption, and providing technical support for loyalty software solutions. Previous roles include Onboarding Specialist at TapMango, Accounts Service Representative at Intact, and Sales Cashier at LCBO, where Chae Yong also served as the Ontario Wine Lead and Health and Safety Coordinator.
