Catalina Balut

Catalina Balut is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance, human resources, and operations management. Currently serving as the Finance, HR & Operations Manager at Tappa since January 2023, Catalina is responsible for overseeing financial management, HR activities, and daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the business. Prior to this role, Catalina worked at Mocha Global from March 2021 to January 2023 as an Operations Manager, where key contributions included developing company policies and compliance, as well as providing support as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and leadership team in a fast-paced tech environment. Catalina also held positions as an Executive Assistant at T-Me Studios and was the Executive Assistant Manager at Karo Standard from January 2014 to March 2021, demonstrating proficiency in administrative support, financial oversight, and policy development. Catalina holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor Degree in Administrative and Juridical Sciences from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București.
