Kenfield Griffith's work experience begins in 2000 as a Data Analyst for Pfizer, where they worked on Viagra clinical trials for three years. Kenfield then pursued a PhD at MIT, specializing in COUHES research from 2010 to 2012. Following that, Griffith co-founded mSurvey in 2012, serving as the CEO and focusing on creating a SaaS CX Platform for Africa. Kenfield held this position until 2019 when they co-founded Ajua™, where they also served as CEO, focusing on building CX management within Africa's payment ecosystem. Currently, they are the CEO and Co-Founder of tappi, a company focused on providing tools for small and medium businesses to enhance their online identity and find customers using AI-powered technology.

Kenfield Griffith earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University at Buffalo in 2004. Kenfield then pursued a Master of Science in Design and Computation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they obtained a PhD in Design and Computation - System Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2012. Currently, Kenfield Griffith is attending Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they are expected to complete their degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2022.
