Wilson has held significant leadership roles, including TAPPI Fellow and Vice President at InChem Corp, contributing to custom and toll manufacturing. Previous positions include President at StarChem, Vice President at Wacker Chemie AG and SSC Industries, and Business Technical Manager at Henkel. With a solid foundation in chemical engineering earned from Cornell University, Wilson has built a diverse career spanning over four decades.
