Head Of Product Operations (global) at Tappit

Natalie Mills has a diverse range of work experience. Natalie is currently the Head of Product Operations (Global) at Tappit, a position they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Yarm Guest House since July 2017.

From 2019 to 2022, Natalie worked at Pollen in various roles. Natalie started as a Program Operations Coordinator I, where they built and managed music campaigns across Europe. Natalie then moved up to Program Operations Coordinator II, successfully launching multiple sell-out Curated Travel campaigns and creating company-wide playbooks for processes and workflows. Natalie later became a Program Operations Manager I, where they hired and onboarded individuals to the team and played a key role in product design and implementation. Finally, they held the role of European Program Operations Manager, accountable for accurate and efficient launches for Music and Curated Travel across Europe, and focusing on driving efficiency and automation.

In addition to their roles in Tappit and Pollen, Natalie also gained relevant work experience in Lucite International, where they spent a week in the commercial department, and at Eres Relocation, where they interned as an Account Manager. Natalie also worked as an Estate Agent Intern at JP & Brimelow Estate Agent and as an Assistant Manager at THE MUSE PARTY COMPANY LTD, where they gained skills in staff management and organization.

Natalie Mills completed their education at various institutions. In 2014, they attended The University of Sheffield and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Hispanic Studies, which they completed in 2018. During their time at The University of Sheffield, Natalie also spent a year studying abroad in 2017 at Universidad de Sevilla as part of their Bachelor of Arts program. In 2016, they attended Université Bordeaux Montaigne (formerly known as Bordeaux 3) for a short period as well. Before their university education, Natalie attended Yarm School from 2008 to 2014, where they focused on Modern Languages. In terms of certifications, Natalie obtained the ECDL certification from ECDL / ICDL Certification in April 2011.
