Zach (Lipps) Cabral

Zach (Lipps) Cabral has extensive work experience in software development, with a focus on frontend and full-stack engineering. Zach is currently working as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at TapResearch since January 2021. Prior to this, Zach worked at Walmart eCommerce as a Frontend Developer from December 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they delivered web application code for a large eCommerce grocery application and successfully reduced the total gzipped bundle size.

Before joining Walmart eCommerce, Zach worked at Proteus Digital Health, Inc as a Frontend Developer from April 2019 to December 2019. Here, they were responsible for prototyping, developing, testing, and delivering web application code in an agile product development environment. Zach also collaborated with Product Designers, Product Managers, and other Software Engineers to define and refine product and software architectures.

From March 2018 to April 2019, Zach worked at Netsmart as a Full Stack Engineer. Zach worked closely with developers, devops, and QA teams to deliver production-ready code for a large micro-service based electronic medical record web application with a significant number of active users. Zach actively participated in and fostered SCRUM practices.

Prior to these roles, Zach worked as a Freelance Software Engineer specializing in full-stack development. Zach worked on various projects using technologies such as React Native, JavaScript, Firebase, CSS, HTML, MongoDB, and MySQL.

Zach's professional journey started in 2014 when they interned at Invuity, Inc. Here, they presented reports directly to the CFO and served as the main point-of-contact between distributors and sales reps for a major account reconciliation project.

Zach (Lipps) Cabral earned their Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from Boston College from 2012 to 2016. In 2014 to 2015, they also took part in the General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on Economics.
