Rob Dykes

Rob Dykes, CPA, CA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller at Taproot Community Support Services since January 2021, Rob has previously held key positions such as Manager at SVS Group LLP Chartered Professional Accountants and Senior Manager at HGA Chartered Professional Accountants. Rob's earlier career includes roles at Di-Corp as Interim Controller and at BDO Canada, where responsibilities included managing a large corporate client base and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. Beginning as a Staff Accountant at Daye & Company, Rob developed a strong foundation in assurance engagements and implemented workflow-enhancing systems.
