Craig Mardon

Craig Mardon serves as the ANZ Chief Financial Officer at UBT since July 2025. Previously, Craig was the Interim Chief Financial Officer ANZ at Coty from October 2023 to March 2025, providing strategic financial leadership for Coty Australia. Craig's extensive experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer at Lagardere AWPL, where financial operations were led for a significant travel retail operator, and at EFEX, overseeing financial guidance for a technology and print solutions provider. As Group Chief Financial Officer at Leading Edge Group, Craig developed strategic financial plans across multiple countries. Craig’s earlier roles include Group Financial Controller at TUI, Senior Finance and Reporting Analyst at Air New Zealand, and Fund Accountant at Colonial First State, among others. Craig holds an MBA from The University of Sydney Business School and multiple degrees in accounting and design technology.
