The Human Resources Team at Taproot Foundation is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. They ensure a positive workplace culture and align HR strategies with the organization's mission to engage business professionals in pro bono services. Team members include the HR Lead (orr Group), Human Resources Project Director, and Human Resources Business Partner - Director.
