Alexander Paradies

Alexander Paradies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President at TapRooT® | System Improvements, Inc. since October 2019, Alexander specializes in root cause analysis and continuous improvement processes. Prior experience includes roles as Area Manager and various engineering positions at The Timken Company from June 2013 to October 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing departments and participating in a rigorous operational development program. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Material Science & Engineering from the University of Tennessee, where involvement included undergraduate research on solar thin films. Additionally, Alexander gained practical experience as a Reliability Intern at Novelis and worked as a Video Editor for System Improvements, Inc. from 2006 to 2011.
