Ahmed Khalil

Ahmed K. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Egypt Country Manager for Taptap Send since August 2023, Ahmed previously held the position of General Manager for Tabby from April 2022 to June 2023 and General Manager for Uber in Egypt from May 2017 to April 2022. Additional roles at Uber included Head of Operations for the Middle East & North Africa and Head of Operations for Egypt. Prior to this, experience at Beltone Financial spanned multiple roles, culminating in Senior Associate - Head of Real Estate and Consumer Goods. Ahmed began a career in finance at Commercial International Bank as an Investment Assistant. Educational qualifications include an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from The American University in Cairo.
