Adam MacDonald

Adam MacDonald has extensive work experience in data analytics and strategy. Adam currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Data Strategy at taq and SCI Lease Corp. Prior to this, Adam held various roles at SCI Lease Corp, including Senior Vice President, Data Strategy & Risk Management, Director of Data Analytics & Funder Relations, and Manager of Data Analytics & Funder Relations. Before joining SCI Lease Corp, Adam worked at Metrolinx as a Senior Advisor and Customer Analytics Advisor. Adam also gained experience as a Data Scientist at SCI Marketview. Adam's earlier roles include working as a Data Network Provisioning Coordinator at BlackBerry and as an Assistant Performance Analyst at Hydro One.

Adam MacDonald earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from McMaster University, which they attended from 2008 to 2013. In 2015, they pursued further education and completed a Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity, focusing on Statistics. The following year, in 2016, Adam enrolled in Udacity again and obtained a Machine Learning Engineer Nanodegree, where they deepened their knowledge in Statistics and Computer Science. Additionally, in 2017, Adam completed a Business Analyst program at Udacity, further specializing in Statistics.
