James Bihari

James Bihari has a varied work experience in the field of production support, UAT management, and technical project management. James worked as the Leader of Production Support & UAT at SCI MarketView from September 2012 onwards, where they supervised daily activities for production control and computer personnel. James developed and evolved the Production Support strategy and ensured best practices were followed when documenting issues. James also managed the on-call support arrangements and the onboarding of new providers. James oversaw customer UAT activities and liaised with various teams to investigate and communicate issues. Prior to that, they worked as a UAT Manager at SCI Ltd in 2010-2011 and as a Technical Project Manager at SCI Ltd from 2006-2008.
