Adam Burkhart

Adam Burkhart is an experienced procurement and category management professional with a demonstrated history in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Category Manager for Water Transmission & Distribution at TAQA Group since July 2022, Adam previously held significant roles at ADNOC as Category Lead for Engineering, managing framework agreements exceeding $2 billion. Adam's experience also includes positions at Maersk Oil as Projects Procurement Category Manager and BP, where roles encompassed Global Subsea Wellheads Category Specialist and FPSO Delivery Specialist, among others. Educational qualifications include a BS in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Finance from North Carolina State University.
