Hamda AlHameli has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Hamda currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at TAQA Group, a role they have been in since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at TAQA Group from September 2015 to March 2021. Before joining TAQA Group, Hamda worked at the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company- SEHA as the Corporate Employee Services Manager from January 2012 to September 2015. Hamda also held the positions of Sr. Employee Service Specialist and Employee Services Specialist at SEHA from January 2011 to December 2011 and from January 2010 to December 2010, respectively. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Officer at ADSIC from June 2007 to January 2010.

Hamda AlHameli began their education by earning an Associate's Degree in Higher Diploma in Computer Networking Technology from the Higher Colleges of Technology from 2000 to 2004. Hamda then pursued further education and obtained an Associate's Degree in HR Practice from CIPD Qualifications from 2010 to 2011. Following that, they proceeded to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from the Higher Colleges of Technology from 2011 to 2012. Most recently, in 2018 to 2019, Hamda AlHameli completed their education by earning a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM).
