Leon Gappy

Leon Gappy is a seasoned operations technician with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Technician at TAQA Group since July 2023, Leon manages offshore process and utilities equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Prior roles include Offshore Control Room Operator at EnQuest and Production Technician at Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. Leon has also held leadership positions as a Production Team Leader and gained operational experience at INEOS. Leon's educational background includes a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Astutis Training Centre and a solid foundational education from Macmillan Academy.
