Mohamed Salem has a strong work experience in the energy industry. Mohamed served as the Vice President of Risk Management at TAQA Group, where they developed and implemented enterprise risk policies and managed comprehensive risks. Mohamed'sresponsibilities also included strategic and tactical thinking, formulation and execution of strategic plans, and making high-stake decisions. Prior to that, they worked as a Performance Manager at TAQA Group, where they looked after the HSSE performance across operations and tracked HSSE KPIs.
Before joining TAQA Group, Mohamed worked at Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Limited (ADGAS). Mohamed held the position of Head of Performance & Corporate Planning from 2009 to 2012, where they were responsible for overseeing performance and corporate planning activities. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at ADGAS, where they managed and supervised overall project progress and the assigned PMC team.
Mohamed has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills throughout their career, making him a valuable asset in the energy industry.
Mohamed Salem obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of New Orleans. Mohamed studied at the university from 1993 to 1997.
