Walid Nabawy Ibrahim

Walid Nabawy Ibrahim has extensive experience in internal auditing and financial management, holding key positions at various organizations. Since July 2007, Walid serves as Internal Audit Manager and Chief Auditor at TAQA Group, overseeing audit processes, risk assessments, and report issuance. Prior to this role, Walid worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at the Swiss Development Fund from 2002 to 2007, focusing on building NGO capacities and managing development projects. Earlier career achievements include serving as an Auditor and Consultant at KPMG, where expertise was provided in financial management and auditing for diverse clients, such as the World Bank and USAID, and as a Senior Accountant at Farazdak Group in Saudi Arabia. Walid is a certified internal auditor since 2006.
