Richard Bailey

Richard (RJ) Bailey is the owner of Bailey Sales & Service, LLC since March 2021 and has served as a Certified Field Inspector for Tar Heel Basement Systems in the Eastern Division since October 2019. Previously, Richard held roles including Sales Account Manager at Ram Jack Foundation Solutions (November 2018 - October 2019), Assistant Plant Manager at Taylor Manufacturing Company, Inc. (July 2018 - December 2018), and Production Manager at Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair (October 2016 - July 2018). Richard also has experience as Program Director at Dublin Motor Speedway (January 2013 - October 2017), Patrol Sergeant at Bladen County Sheriff’s Office (October 2012 - March 2017), and Chief of Operations at the 2nd Marine Expeditionary Force (December 2002 - April 2012). Early in Richard's career, the role of Team Leader at Blackmon Construction involved leadership in framing operations. Richard holds an Associate of Science degree in Firearms Technology from Sonoran Desert Institute (2020-2022) and has completed various studies at multiple educational institutions related to law enforcement and related fields.
