Steele Welch

Steele Welch has a diverse background in project management, operations, and account management within the construction and logistics industries. Currently serving as a CFI at Tar Heel Basement Systems since February 2024, Steele also holds the position of Project Manager/Estimator at TAYNR. Previous roles include Account Manager at Carolina Form & Shoring Supply and Contractors Supply & Equipment, where responsibilities involved managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities. Steele's experience also extends to a senior role in operations at Quality Counts, LLC, and earlier positions in logistics and carpentry with Culinary Productions and James Construction Group, respectively. Steele earned a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.
