Vlad Lepadatu

Vlad Lepadatu is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at TARA interactive since January 2006, Vlad leads strategic implementation and organizational scalability while managing risks and ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Additionally, Vlad co-founded BISM Advisory Group in July 2023 and holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at DigiSinergy. Past roles include Senior Business Consultant at ThinkX Incubator and Software Development Team Lead at SoftNet, among others. Vlad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and completed a Fast Track Management Program at BISM.
