Yisroel Brumer

Yisroel Brumer is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO at DEFCON AI since February 2022 and Founding Partner and President at Red Cell Partners since September 2020, Yisroel also holds positions as Co-Founder and Executive Vice Chairman at Zephyr AI and Board Member at TARA Mind. Previously, Yisroel had a significant tenure at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, culminating roles such as Acting Director and Principal Deputy Director, where strategic leadership was demonstrated from November 2005 to September 2020. Earlier, Yisroel contributed to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as an AAAS Homeland Security Fellow and engaged in research at Harvard University as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist and Graduate Student Researcher, culminating in a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics and a Master's degree in Chemistry from Harvard, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology from the University of Toronto.
