David Shen

David Shen has amassed a wealth of finance experience through various roles at companies such as Tarana Wireless, Velodyne Lidar, Imerys, FreeWheel, Syngenta, HGST, and Samsung Semiconductor. David served as Director of Finance at Tarana Wireless and as a Finance Manager at Velodyne Lidar. Prior roles include Senior Financial Analyst positions at Imerys, FreeWheel, and Syngenta, in addition to roles as an Analytics and Reporting Analyst at HGST and a Global Accounts Management Credit Analyst at Samsung Semiconductor.

David Shen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. David also holds a Certification of Advanced Accounting Proficiency (CAAP) from the same institution. In addition, David has passed all three levels of the CFA exam and all four exams (AUD, BEC, FAR, REG) for the CPA certification.
