David Winters

David Winters serves as the Digital Marketing Director at Tarbell Management Group LLC and Ohserase Manufacturing, both since November 2022. In addition, David owns Gray Bear Media, a position held since December 2017. Previously, David held the title of Marketing Director at Thousand Islands Winery® from November 2021 to November 2022 and served as the New York State Coordinator for the New York State High School Clay Target League from January 2017 to February 2022. David's experience also includes working as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at East Coast Audiology & Physical Therapy from June 2011 to July 2021, and as Chief Operations Officer/Marketing Director and President at Watertown Downtown Business Association from January 2014 to October 2017. David began a career in journalism as a reporter for Watertown Daily Times from August 2004 to May 2011. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from SUNY Brockport.
