Tamir Masuri has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Tamir began their career in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as a Captain. Following their military service, they worked as a Branch Manager for PA'AMONIM, a non-profit organization focused on financial planning. Tamir then transitioned to working in academia as an Academic Research Assistant at Ben Gurion University, where they gained experience in financial analysis and data processing.
Tamir then moved to the Israel Securities Authority, where they worked in FP&A, analyzing compliance with securities and company laws and conducting audits. Tamir then joined EY as a Senior CPA, specializing in M&A processes and Due-Diligence.
Afterwards, Tamir worked at Schindler CFO Financial Services as a Controller, responsible for establishing financial policies and procedures for startup companies in the High-Tech and Fin-Tech sectors.
Tamir then joined Medison Pharma, where they held multiple roles, including Assistant Controller, Controller, Corporate Controller, and eventually Director of Finance for International Markets. In this capacity, they were responsible for financial restructuring, developing finance policies for subsidiary companies, budgeting, financial reporting, and managing employees.
Currently, Tamir is the Head of Finance at Tarci, where they oversee financial operations and strategy.
Tamir Masuri earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Tamir then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The College of Management Academic Studies, completing their studies in 2016. In June 2016, Tamir also obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Board of Certified Public Accountants.
