Randy Naylor

Randy Naylor is an experienced Plant Manager at Tarco, where employment has been held since March 1983. Naylor also served in the US Army National Guard with the 212 Signal Battalion, Company B, from January 1981 to September 1992, attaining the rank of Sergeant. Naylor holds an Associate's degree in Electrical studies, earned from the Arkansas Construction Education Foundation between 1995 and 1998.
