Dianne Duncan

Dianne Duncan has over 20 years of experience in legal search and recruitment. Dianne currently serves as the Director of Legal Search & Recruitment at Tardis Group since July 2017. Prior to that, they held positions as Principal Consultant at Jlegal from February 2015 to June 2017, and as the Principal Consultant at Charterhouse Partnership from May 2014 to January 2015. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at Naiman Clarke. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Director at Krabi Golf Tours from October 2004 to October 2011 and at Duncan Group & Services from December 2000 to February 2011. Before transitioning into legal search and recruitment, they worked as the Quality Manager for Rebranding & Repositioning at Sofitel from October 2008 to April 2009, and as the Communications Manager at the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games from November 1999 to November 2000. Dianne began their career as a Paralegal at Colin Biggers & Paisley in 1994 and later worked in the banking and finance sector at Dentons from 1996 to 1999.

Dianne Duncan attended The University of Queensland, where they studied Human Resource Management until 2017. Dianne also studied Conveyancing Law & Practice at Macquarie University and obtained a Diploma in Law - LPAB from the University of Sydney.
