Shaoyun Han is the founder and has been serving as chairman of the board of directors since the inception. Mr. Han served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company from inception to April 2020. Before founding Tarena in September 2002, Mr. Han was deputy chief engineer and director of the software division of AsiaInfo-Linkage between 1995 and 2002, responsible for software research and development and corporate management. Mr. Han received a bachelor’s degree in computer application from Jilin University in China.
