Astha Sharma

Astha Sharma currently serves as the Director at Tarento Group since October 2023. Previously, a Vice President at BYJU'S from March 2022 to October 2023, Astha established the inaugural Hands on Learning vertical, successfully catering to experiential learning for over 30,000 students across 300 centers in India. As the Founder of Technomentis Edu Services from October 2014 to June 2021, Astha spearheaded a STEM education initiative focused on experiential learning for students aged 7-16. Additionally, during a tenure as Business Owner of Explorato - The Innovator's Nest from May 2017 to January 2021, Astha created a Makerspace fostering innovation among young creators in Greater Noida. Astha's earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Manager of Marketing at Samsung Electronics and Program Manager at STMicroelectronics. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Marketing & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (2009-2012) and a B Tech in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi (2002-2006).
