Don Horner

Don Horner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial systems and application development. Currently retired since January 2018, Don held the position of Lead Analyst Financial Systems at Targa Resources from April 2009 to present. Prior to this role, Don served as a Senior Application Developer at Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent and worked as a Consultant/Developer at Stonebridge Technologies. Don's career in the technology and analytics field began at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, where Don was a Senior Analyst from July 1999 to March 2006. Don is an alumnus of the University of Phoenix.
