Melanie Spencer is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Business Development Director and Head of finova Mortgage Services at finova since April 2020, Melanie has previously held significant roles at Microsoft as the Business Applications Lead for Financial Services, where support was provided to financial services companies in leveraging Microsoft Business Applications. Prior to Microsoft, Melanie was the Head of Lender Relationships at Twenty7Tec Group, and held various positions at Personal Touch Financial Services Ltd, including Member Development Trainer and Competence Consultant. Melanie's career began at Abbey National and Britannic Assurance, moving through key roles that have honed expertise in client relations, digital transformation, and strategic business development.
