Cole Pauley started their work experience in 2010 as a Sales Manager at ACUMEN CONTRACTING GROUP. Cole then worked at Travelers as a CAT Team Adjuster from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they worked at Blu Sky Restoration Contractors as a Project Director, and later that year, at Western Roofing, Inc. as an Estimator/Project Manager. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Parsons Roofing as a Roof Consultant, where they specialized in negotiating insurance settlements and handling storm damage claims. Since 2019, they have been working as a Vice President at Target Solutions.
Cole Pauley attended Dallas Baptist University from 2002 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Music Business. In 2007, they also attended The Contemporary Music Center for a short period of time to study music.
