Sean O'Brien, CGCS, currently serves as the Turf and Ornamental Sales Manager for the South Region at Target Specialty Products since July 2017. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Golf Grounds at The Ritz-Carlton Members Golf Club, where Sean O'Brien focused on creating championship playing conditions and enhancing team member experiences from March 2013 to July 2017. Sean O'Brien also directed a team as the Director of Grounds at the Marriott World Center from August 2010 to March 2013 and held the position of Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at JW Marriott & Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Grande Lakes Orlando between December 2007 and August 2010. An early career internship at Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter from June 2006 to December 2007 laid the foundation for Sean O'Brien's expertise in the turfgrass industry. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Turf and Turfgrass Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kentucky Christian University.
