Abinaya Govindarajan

Abinaya Govindarajan currently serves as the Head of Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Diversity at Target since July 2023. Prior to this role, Abinaya accumulated over a decade of experience at GEP Worldwide, progressing from Associate to Director across various managerial positions. Abinaya also worked as a Student Consultant at a supply chain research co-op, supporting significant projects for Unilever and Caterpillar, and was a Senior Associate at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, contributing to global sourcing initiatives. Early career experience includes a Senior Research Analyst role at Beroe Inc, where Abinaya led a team in market research and was recognized as the "Best Analyst" in Q4 2010. Abinaya holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
