Amara Chhom is a Lead Production Engineer in PSQA at Target, where they ensure product quality and compliance by leveraging extensive expertise in factory evaluations, manufacturing capability assessments, and program management. With over ten years of experience in production engineering and quality assurance, Amara has developed a strong focus on mitigating manufacturing risks and ensuring adherence to U.S. safety and regulatory standards. Previously, they held various roles in quality assurance, including Senior PSQA Manager and Quality Assurance In-House Leader, further enhancing their ability to drive continuous improvement in product quality. Amara holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is currently pursuing further academic studies in the same field.
