Catherine Angulo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and operational management. Currently serving as a Tech Consultant at Target since December 2021, Catherine has previously demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills as the Lead Engagement & Client Hostess at Cerveza Jack’s, where responsibilities included enhancing customer service through business planning and increasing revenue. At Punch Bowl Social, Catherine contributed to restaurant operations and sales as a Server Assistant, while serving as the Senior Service & Host Lead at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, managing productivity for over 35 employees. Catherine's career began as a Cashier & Customer Service Representative at Formaggio’s, where a focus on service initiatives and operational efficiency was established.
