Chad Richeson

Chad Richeson is a dynamic leader currently serving as the Lead Project Manager for the Robotic Ship Sorter Activation at Target, where they have been since 2021. With over twelve years of operations management experience, Chad has held various roles at Target, including Lead Business Partner and Senior Operations Manager. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Purdue University, completing their studies in 2009. Previously, Chad worked at Hormel Foods as a Production Supervisor, further building their extensive background in supply chain and production management.
