Del Gagnon

Del Gagnon, MBA, is an accomplished property management and business partner with extensive experience in retail operations and event management. At Target since July 2015, Del currently leads a team of 12 property leaders and has held various leadership roles, including overseeing store remodel projects across multiple states and executing rapid remodel processes. With a strong background in human resources and customer engagement, Del successfully turned a low-performing work center into a high-performing team. Prior experiences include managing operations at Starbucks and CVS, serving as an event captain at OnTheMarc Catered Events, and conducting market research for BZ Results. Del holds an MBA in Digital Strategy from the University of Connecticut and dual undergraduate degrees in Management/Marketing and Communication from Bryant University.
