Dr. Ricardo Lane Victor

Dr. Ricardo Lane Victor, DBA, currently serves as the Executive Team Lead of Human Resources at Target since April 2022. Prior experience includes a consultancy role as Principal Consultant for Personnel Transition at the United States Department of Defense in late 2023, and over a decade as a Senior Human Resource Advisor specializing in Compensation and Talent Architecture, as well as in supervisory roles within the same department from April 2010 to June 2023. Additionally, Dr. Victor worked in Legal OEO ADA Programs Compliance at Greater Cleveland RTA from January 2009 to January 2012. Academic achievements consist of a Doctorate in Business Administration from Jacksonville University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Penn State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kent State University, and an Associate of Science in Anthropology from The Ohio State University. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Legal Studies at American Military University, Dr. Victor's educational background supports an extensive career in human resources management and compliance.
