Emily Nelson

Emily Nelson is a Sr. PD Scientist at Target, where they focus on partnerships and adult beverages. They previously held various positions in research and development, including as a Research and Development Manager at Jack Link's Protein Snacks and a Food Scientist Project Manager at Costello Operations Solutions. Emily began their career as a QA Supervisor Trainee at Kerry Ingredients and has experience as an R&D Consultant at Post Consumer Brands. They earned a Master’s degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
