Johana Czako

Johana Czako is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and audit processes. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Audit Data Analytics at Target since January 2021, Johana collaborates with the Audit department to analyze data sources and create insightful reports while enhancing the data skills of auditors. Previously, Johana worked at CenterPoint Energy from January 2012 to September 2020, holding multiple roles, including Senior Analyst and Quantitative Information Analyst, where responsibilities included data visualization for efficiency improvements and dashboard development for end users. Earlier experience includes serving as a Special Events Project Manager at the Clinton Foundation in late 2007. Johana holds a Master’s Degree in Analytics from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
